Calibration and Troubleshooting

When and how to calibrate? Calibration is required the first time you load paper, every time you change label size, and when you switch to another brand of label. Press the feed button and hold it until you hear one beep, then release it, and the printer will automatically calibrate.

Why printing blurry/too light/fail to scan? To address these issues, clean the carbon buildup, dust, adhesive residue, or paper debris on the printer head regularly with an alcohol swab. You may also need to adjust the "Print density" setting or "Print effect" setting. It is recommended to use PEDOOLO thermal label paper.

Why printing too small/too big/side-ways? If your print size or orientation is incorrect, make sure you have selected the right format on the shipping platform. For larger prints, you can use the "crop" feature on the app. Calibrating and checking the "paper size" setting or the "margin" setting may also be necessary.

Why the printer not work/stop working? If your printer is not working, ensure you are using the original power adapter provided with the package and that the paper is correctly placed with the front side facing up.

Why printing blank or skipping a blank label? To solve this issue, calibrate again after loading the paper. Check that the paper is correctly placed with the front side facing up, and consider using PEDOOLO thermal label paper for improved performance.

PEDOOLO thermal printer is designed to print wirelessly using the "Label Expert" app for iPhone and Android, and also supports direct Bluetooth printing for Windows. For Mac and Chromebook users, USB connection is supported.
